With interactive realtime, your notebook receives the text output from the court reporter's notebook, while testimony is being given.  You can navigate through the unedited text as testimony is being given.  You can mark and save text, inserted notes, perform searches of text, and more.  Once the deposition is concluded, all text and annotations can be saved for later use.
